Once you have obtained a prequalification we will begin the search for either an existing home or if you qualify for a new construction loan we can help you find a home plan as well as a suitable lot to build your home.

Once you find a home we will assist you in making an offer & secure a contract on the home.

Once the buyer & seller have agreed upon all acceptable terms we will then proceed with the appraisal which must be ordered within 10 days of an offer being accepted.

Plan to make payment for the appraisal at the time of inspection which generally costs between $350 to $475 dollars.

After the appraisal is finished we then will proceed with all other required inspections, including home inspections if desired, termite inspections, etc.

It generally takes between 30 and 45 days to be able to close on your home and obtain the keys to your dream home!!
